The word Prima means "cousin" in Italian.  At Prima Hospitality, it’s more than just a name. It’s a tribute to the deep-rooted family bond between Lauren and Jenn, the owners and founders of Prima Hospitality.   We are cousins by birth, sisters at heart.

Growing up, we spent countless holidays and summers together at our grandparents’ house in Williamsburg, Virginia. That home was full of laughter, love, and warm welcomes.  This is the same feelings we strive to recreate for every guest and property owner we serve. Today, both "Hospitality Cousins" live with their families in Charlotte, NC, still just as close as ever and still dreaming big, together.

Over the years, our shared love of travel has taken us all over the country, and abroad. We’ve stayed in stunning, 5-star homes where every detail was just right… and we’ve also experienced the opposite. Through it all, we’ve come to believe that hospitality is more than a clean space, it’s how you make people feel.

That’s why we created Prima Hospitality — a boutique co-hosting company built with heart, intention, and the kind of care only family can offer. We combine the warmth of a family-run business with the professionalism and systems needed to consistently deliver 5-star experiences, for both guests and property owners.
